I live my life by and have based my dental philosophy on the Golden Rule, “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.” Having this attitude towards others has allowed me to be blessed with a great career and wonderful people to work with every day.
My clinical values are focused on preventive dentistry in order to help my patients have healthy smiles. When restorations are needed, I believe in conservative treatments that are fully customized to meet each patient’s needs.
Education and Experience
I earned both my BSC and Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Alberta.
Outside the Office
Originally from Eckville, Alberta, I have lived in Sylvan Lake for six years with my wife, Julie. I am fortunate to have my parents Frank and Bernadette still living in the Eckville area. Julie and I each have a brother and sister; all four are married, giving us a total of seven nieces and nephews. My free time is usually spent following all sports, playing music and training horses. It is a true pleasure to live the Western way of life.
My dedication to the community extends beyond the dental office. I volunteer for Dental Outreach of Red Deer, Big Brothers and Big Sisters, and Camp Quality, and I organize a New Year’s Eve party in Calgary with all proceeds going towards MSF (Doctors without Borders).
